Found a dead roach on the floor by the bed. Cobwebs with spiders and bugs in the corners of the ceiling. Used soap in the bathroom. The room smells musty like a lagoon water ride. This room was not worth $100 a night .

Hotel room was dirty. The floor needed vacuumed and the bathroom exhaust was caked in dust, it hasn’t been cleaned in years probably. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work either. The lighting in the rest of the room was a bit rough too, but overall it’s just very outdated. The price was good so I don’t even mind the outdated part, I just wish it had been properly cleaned before our stay.

They overcharged me according to your. Also I phoned them at 10 am sat and requested they would refund me foe sat nite as I would be done and would be with them at 4. They declined. so thats that The towels in the room were not as they should be for showering. (way too small)

Room smelled like smoke and air freshener. I had to go back to the desk for toilet paper, hand towels, and wash rags. There were none in the room. Noisy refrigerator woke me up in the night.

It was decent. The bed and pillows I thought comfortable. You can tell it’s an older facility but in pretty good condition. My blanket was old and torn. My biggest ick was the cleanliness. There was blood on the mirror in the bathroom probably from someone flossing or popping a pimple. But just gross. The bathroom counter was dirty around the faucet. And there were crumbs on the floor by the bed stand. If the room had been cleaned more thoroughly it wouldn’t have been that bad at all. I don’t mind a room that isn’t super nice so long as it is clean. Also there was not very much toilet paper left and no extra roll. So I ran out very quickly. Just lots of little details that would have made the stay much better. Because of that I thought I was overcharged because those are things I would expect from a $50 a night hotel not when I’m charged $95. Not sure that I would want to stay there again.

Filthy. Very, very basic. Had to beg for Toilet Paper. Room smelled. No bed bugs— that is the upside. I don’t mind staying g somewhere basic but this is THE WORST place I’ve ever stayed!!! The TV was impossible to get to work as well. I do feel it was safe though— so there is that. I come to the area for business— I will never stay there again!

It's an older hotel that would benefit from some updates. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I absolutely loved that the hot water was on point and the shower had great water pressure. Room refrigerator worked well. Really nice staff on duty. I'd stay again..great stay and affordable.

The staff is wonderful. However, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, BUT the desk clerk noticed it right away and sent me to another room. Their website still advertises continental breakfast, which is no longer available.

Don't think upgrades have ever been done here. Jacuzzi tub and shower are stained. Smells musty...even my luggage did when i got home. Wasn't worth $85. Would not stay here again. There was someone's hair in the bed.

A bad choice.
Do not waste your time. The staff was not friendly. Outside doors. Very dated. No breakfast. Not accommodating to disabled people. This hotel cares more about the money than it does about the disabled. Beware about this establishment. Just being honest.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk lady was super nice. Condition of hotel is average. It's very dated and seems to be going down hill since last time I stayed here years ago. It was clean enough but definitely had some issues. We got a Jacuzzi tub room, but there was no stopper for the drain and it was after hours by the time we figured that out- so it was useless to us. Bed was pretty saggy and uncomfortable. Room had a very smoky musty smell and toilet clogged the first time it was flushed (without even having TP in it yet.) My guess is that this place is barely hanging on now that the outlet mall that used to be next door is gone. This used to be a great place when it was the hotel to stay in next to a thriving shopping meca. Sadly, not so much now. Served its purpose, but nothing more.

Breakfast is not included or available! Pool was closed Sept. 30 although it was nearly 100 degrees outside. Both ice makers were broken Rooms are very musty smelling - we went and bought some air freshener for the room. Front desk doesn't open until 7AM - I had planned to use the lobby microwave but the lobby was locked and dark at 6:30 AM. When I called we were told to leave the key outside by the front door which seemed very unsafe to me. Lots of noise due to a group of (evidently unsupervised?) kids/teens above us. I called at midnight after 3 hours of waiting for it to settle down. Staff took care of the problem promptly. I wish I had called sooner! Hotel was fine - comfy and clean. We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night and got it. All the inconveniences make me think that I would have paid a little extra to stay somewhere with more convenient hours, a pool, and breakfast.
