Dirty

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. Aside from the months of dirt/grime on the ceiling fans, trim & windowsill of the front door, there were hairs and dirt on the bathroom floors & the hardwood floors had obviously not been swept. I could go on but I will stop there.

Bring everything!

The property managers were VERY quick to respond and help, no probelms there at all. The owner needs to do some repairs and adds. They advertise for 6 people. There are linens and towels for 4. No pool towels. So we had to do several loads of laundry to keep the towel supply going for shower/pool for 5 guests. And they leave you 5 laundry pods. We rent vrbo regularly. Ususally in rentals you've find a spare zip lock bag, foil, saran wrap, scissors, face tissues, writing utensil of some kind...this place is BARE BONES so make sure you are taking extra of everything that you may need. Main powder room toliet would not flush and when it would, it ran and ran and ran. AC has a hard time keeping up. Owner has added a floor style window air conditioner to help with upstairs but windows were fogged over with heat/humidity. Overpriced for venue and disappointed with our stay. I'll be removing from repeat trip board.
