Welcome to The Lake House Villa in Osage Beach located minutes from everything by land & water! Look no further, this property has it all!! Stunning lakefront home with character and lake nostalgia combined with floor to ceiling windows to frame the endless miles of main channel lake views to be enjoyed anytime of the year.
Whether you're boating on the lake, lounging at our private pool, or golfing the nearby fairways at our lake resort, you will find a home-away-from-home at this incredible getaway! This is what lake life is all about!
Who says you have to rough it when you go to the lake? You'll feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort as each bathroom has been updated with natural stone tile, marble and modern vanities.
Our home is designed to relax, entertain and host special events at the lake with family, friends and colleagues. Large private dock, private swimming pool with sundeck, and martini deck. 4 bedrooms/4 Bathroom home meticulously maintained and updated in all the right areas. You will enjoy an open kitchen that is designed for entertaining and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The living room offers 2 impressive gas fireplaces. Step right outside the door and you are ready to grill the catch of the day! Bring your camera to capture the incredible sunrises in the morning over the cove and main channel.
The exterior is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lake life as it is meant to be with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, a large BBQ event, or just fishing and gathering at one of the 3 decks or pool area. The 2 well steel dock is just a few steps from the house with a boat lift and great access to the main channel.
There is space for up to 3-4 cars max in front of the house and garage.
There is no guest access to the garage!
We also offer FREE high speed & wireless internet for your convenience, and 5 TVs that are Roku enabled to stream your favorite service. A gas grill is available for your cooking pleasure. We also have a variety of games, pool toys, sun chairs and patio furniture for use during your stay. Jump in the pool and let the fun and memories begin!

Our luxurious lakefront home is located on Mile Marker 22 and right of the KK so getting around is super easy.
By boat we are minutes from Redhead Yacht Club, Paradise Bar, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, and Backwater Jacks.
By car we are minutes from Margaritaville, Jeffrey’s Prime Rib & Lobster, Wobbly Boots, Tirebiters and some serious retail therapy at the Osage Beach outlet malls with over 100 stores.

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have security signage and cameras on our property; in the front of the house, facing the street, one facing our boat on the dock, one facing the house and pool. These cameras do not record video and do not have any audio listen capabilities. The camera at the front door does offer two way audio communication, however does not record video or audio.

Our family goes to the Ozarks every year and everyone had great reviews for this house! There was plenty of space for everyone inside although the main area we spent time was outside by the pool. Everything was clean and there wasn’t a single item or gadget we were not able to find in the house already. The private dock was great for those bringing their own boats. I made several inquiries to Helene and Vicki and they responded immediately. We are already discussing when we can come back to stay here again!

The house is great with lots of space. Nice kitchen and eating areas. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Extra beverage fridges and ice maker was awesome to have. The pool was very clean and warm. They provided plenty of towels and washcloths plus beach towels for our use.

A beautiful home and they have thought of everything. The pool was clean and very nice. We are a 3 generation family and it worked great for our memory building time together. If i could have added one thing it would have been a gate to the pool. A lot of doors lead outside. Very nice home and thank you!

Family Vacation
Perfect location on the Lake for our family vacation which included six adults and four kids. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and to all be together. We used the pool every day, rented a pontoon for 3 of the days which we were able to keep on our dock, plus we caught several fish off the dock. We also spent a lot of time on the covered deck. This is the second time staying at this rental and hope we will be able to return in the future.

Amazing Weekend
We were there for a girls weekend and had the best time! There is plenty of room and the house is stocked inside and out with everything you need! The pool was great b/c it was early in the season and the lake was chilly. The location of the home is amazing and close to everything you might need.

Great 1st Time at Lake of the Ozarks
This was a great house for the 1st time coming to Lake of the Ozarks, the location was great able to see activity on the lake and easily accessible to restaurants. The fishing was fun off the dock and the heated pool was great for the teenage kids since the lake was a little cooler this time of year yet they still enjoyed jumping off the dock. The house was a great size for 2 families with a total of 8 people with enough room for sleeping and also able to do your own thing if you wanted. The neighborhood is pleasant and if you enjoy walks great way to see some of the area. I would definitely pick this house again if I was in the area.

Extended Family Get-together
A wonderful and impressive property, the nicest that we have ever stayed at. My wife and I were very happy that we booked our family get together here. We enjoyed watching our grandchildren and playing in the nice pool, while our adult kids got to see each other and have fun. They rented a waverunner for the day and a pontoon boat, which worked great with the available dock. Lots of space for 3 families. The appliances and grill are also tops. I don't normally go on about reviews, but can't say enough how nice this place was, and we hope to stay here again and make the most of having family time together. Thanks to Donn and Helene also, they think of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Thanks again!

Great find!
What a great place to stay for a week. Had four couples plenty of room. The host were amazing and so helpful and recommending things locally to do. The location is the best going.m in any direction on the water was so easy to get to so many places. Highly recommend and hope we will be coming back again.

Beautiful property with great location. Well furnished with exceptionally comfortable beds! A/C did not fail even in 90 degree temps. Separate ice maker a plus. The only complaint I had was although it advertised use of garage and a hot tub, there was no hot tub and can only park outside in front of garage.

Great family vacation!
We loved our time here! The location was perfect- just inside a cove so we could see the action on the main body of the lake but enjoy the peacefulness of the cove. The pool was perfect for our crew! We rented a boat, so having the slip was great! Beautiful home with plenty of room! Communication was timely.

Our family traveled from 3 different states to Lake of the Ozarks. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults & 4 children. The house is right on the lake, has a boat dock, pool and amazing outdoor decks. The house met all our expectations! We had a terrific time!!!

Has everything you could need!
First off, amazing home. Perfect for a group! This is the first rental I have stayed in where they have literally anything you could need. We were needing ziploc baggies to take sandwiches out on the boat and thought for sure we would have to go out and buy some, but checking the cabinets there they were!! Hosts were extremely responsive. Made our trip a breeze. Would 100% book again!
