There are a lot of homeless people in the area and the lady at the front desk was not friendly. It felt safe with 24 hour staff and the bathrooms and showers were very clean.

The hotel was particular about certain rules, but there were no issues with the property if you followed the instructions. The property wasn't the cleanest, but that is more due to the age of the property rather than the staff not cleaning, which they were diligent in doing. All in all a fine stay, no major issues or complaints.

The photos and descriptions did not make it clear that these rooms shared restroom facilities on each floor, or that there were only 2 private showers in the entire building, or a single, public-use hairdryer. The staff could not communicate in English, which made it hard to understand any of the rules and extra charges, such as towels for the shower. The neighborhood around the hotel has many homeless people, but I know Japan is relatively safe and this didn't bother me as much as it might have in another country. I'm not saying all these issues were unacceptable or deal breakers, but I would have liked to know about them before I book the room, not after.

値段を考えると、設備や部屋の古さなどは仕方ないし、清潔さもそれなりに覚悟はしていましたが、禁煙でお願いしていましたが、部屋に入るなりすごくタバコ臭かったです 昔からの臭いが染み付いてて、現在禁煙室にしていても壁紙などを替えてるわけでもないので、どの部屋も臭いんじゃないかと思います パーキングは地域性もあって少し不安でしたが入口にシャッターが着いているので、逆に安心しておけました スタッフも愛想悪くて事務的な対応です この地区の昔のことをある程度知ってる方は分かると思いますが、治安はかなり良くなりましたが、それでもまあいいとは言えないので、気にされない人でこの地域に宿泊したいのであれば値段も安いのでいいかと思います

初めに受付してくれた女性スタッフの方がとても親切でした。こじんまりしたお部屋でしたがお布団もきれいだし、冷房も調節できてよかったです。 ただ、ホテルの周りがちょっと物騒な所があるかな……です。

西成区で一番使いやすく、快適。

女性用のトイレ、シャワールームもあります。今回は９時半から女性がお風呂を使えるので利用しました。湯船が広くたっぷり浸かれて快適でした。

大阪では最安値かと。

一泊2,600円で寝泊まりできるので利用しました。 （未確認ですが、他のサイトなどを利用するとより安く泊まれるようです。） 日雇い労働者向けの施設だったということもあり、必要最低限ではありますが、素泊まりにて寝泊まりする場所としては問題ありませんでした。 チェックイン時に担保として1,000円渡します。（チェックアウトのときに返却） 靴は部屋に持っていくことを推奨されます。盗難防止です。 部屋は布団、テレビ、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫）と机のみです。エアコンも利用可能です。 なぜかイヤホンがおいてありました。 室外には、電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、洗濯機（乾燥機なし）が設置されています。フライパンなども使用可能です。 トイレ等の設備は古いですが、清掃はされておりました。 風呂は大浴場はPM1:00からPM9:00まで利用が可能。 シャワーのみなら２４時間使えます。 西成区は治安が悪いことで有名ですので、扉の施錠は必ず必要かと思います。

何だか落ち着く昭和ノスタルジック

女性専用のトイレとシャワールームがあり安心です。お部屋も掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり、共有部分で熱いお湯ももらえて電子レンジも使えます。コンビニがすぐ前にあるので、朝のサラダやヨーグルトを買って部屋の小さな冷蔵庫に入れておけます。お部屋にはエアコンもついています。タオルと歯ブラシはないので持参した方がよいです。

環境配慮型、昭和の学生寮の情緒溢れるリーズナブルなホテル

大学時代の学生寮の雰囲気を思い出しました。 その当時の昭和の雰囲気を感じさせる建物です。 部屋の蛍光灯が半分消えていたのでフロントに伝えたところ、外出から戻ってくる頃には、新品のLED室内灯に代わっていて驚きました。環境に配慮した、最低限を満たすおもてなしをしてもらえました。

警察署の目の前にあります

西成の中ではそれなりに格安で泊まれます。 大浴場もあり寝る場所が欲しいと言う人にはお勧めのホテルです。ただドヤ街という立地もあり夜とかはそれなりに騒がしいです。気にならなければ一度は宿泊してみてはいかがですか？
