Rooms are good, showers/ bathrooms are lovely. Didn’t hear noise despite the hotel being packed. Slightly far walking in the blazing heat to the shin Osaka station but the shuttle bus helps once you figure out where to collect it from.

The staffs were very nice and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Seven minutes from the shin osaka station by walk. they have a lot of combinis, super market, Starbucks… ect around the hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay, bed and pillows are just right for me. For me , the location suits me but not for someone who would prefer the a central located accomodation where the sights within reach. The shuttle service is a bonus and the staff were friendly and professional .

Hotel is very well maintained and is very new. The staff were exceptional with the rooms very clean and comfortable. Our roo. had good facilities including a coffee maker, full size fridge and kitchenette.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this clean and friendly hotel. The Hotel Shuttle Bus is a real added bonus. Door to door service from the Shin Osaka staton
