Larger beds, great location, friendly staff. Great commutation. Was able to keep my luggage there for a few hours after checkout.

We enjoyed being a close walk away from Dotonburi and Kuromon Market. The room was spacious and had a table with comfortable seating. While clean, the room overall was older and drafty / cold (stayed during end of March).
The room is a little bit old, but it is a huge room, there are plenty of space for 3 baggage to open up and pack on the floor.
I would still recommend this hotel.
The staff didn’t really do much to make you feel welcome. The rooms were quite dirty and don’t even get me started with the toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush on your first try. The window decoration and view were pretty ugly.
Bathroom had hair when we came in. Never specified beds being on floor. Had an elderly women with us and had to put her on floor as well. People yelling in hallways most of the night.
During the day, staff was very noisy, arguing over the phone all the time. There's a restaurant or bar, at night it was noisy. (1am). You can hear cars passing by. Very noisy. All the mattress are worn out. The seems are coming off.
Stayed in tatami room, wide enough for three kids to play in. The person that dealt with our check-in was extremely pleasant. Futons were very comfortable.

Its dusty. Washroom is good. Easy access to Dotonbori.
The worst experience. First they put us in a nice clean room, 5 minutes later knocked on the door and told us that was the wrong room. The room they moved us in to was the most awful room - cracked glass in the windows, dirty tiles in the shower, old glue on the table. They gave us 1 key for 3 people and told us it would be 3,000 yen for additional keys. We told them it was unacceptable and that we wanted a better cleaner room. They said that the hotel was fully booked and nothing else was available. We couldn’t stay in those conditions and decided to leave. Asked for a refund but because our reservation was non refundable they said no. We left and went to another hotel. Got my money back from Expedia. Would NOT recommend.
It was ok. The hotel's clean, but the bed is not the most comfortable, so be aware especially if you have kids. The location is close to tourist spots, so it can be noisy until late. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly.
Room clean easily accessible to Dotonbori shops, train station, convenience store. Bed was not so comfy but it’s fine. Secured place. Overall was ok.Bathroom clean.
