Amazing location close to great food, shopping, and bars. Super clean and well sized rooms. It was SO NICE having a washer/dryer. Stayed 6 nights out of our two week vacation and were able to wash clothes everyday. One con is they don’t have room keys so you enter a code for the elevator/room and the elevator code sometimes didn’t work but other than that amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not large and may only have limited rooms compared to we have stayed before but what it lacks in size it makes up for the other aspects of accommodation. Most important thing is location, location. This hotel is in the middle of the action. There is a family mart right across the street. A ton of restaurant on the left and right side. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is compact but it will sleep what it says the capacity is. And they make sure they maintain it clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Osaka.

The room was nice and clean. There were dishes, cups and glassware in the kitchenette and that was useful, but no other amenities in the bathroom other than the shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. The bed and couch were hard. It is in a great location and the staff was very kind and helpful.

先前和家人到日本有MONday飯店的地方都是首選這家，但是這家2026/7月新開在心齋橋真心沒有理由好好推薦，外面環境除了離逛街地方近一點，吃飯選擇多一些。房間聞滿油煙味的時候實在寫不出太美好的評價😑
我們遇到201-202兩個房間的油煙味非常重，只要對面中國餐館開著房內空氣就遭殃，反應給櫃檯人員他們除了抱歉也沒有提供其他解決方案。

剛入住完。感覺如下：
1) 交通真的很方便，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵站，鄰近心齋橋大丸百貨，對面就是family mart!
2) 我住的是兩張單人床，兩張梳化床，房間沒想像中寬敞，最重要要枕頭真的很難受，最後我要自己出去買枕頭。
3) 我是第一次住這些apartment，原來退房要10am前，延遲1小時要6000日圓，大家留意一下。
