Third time here. Comfy stay pretty close to Umeda. I say I’ll try a new hotel next time I’m in Osaka, but then ask why because it’s fine here.

The pillows weren't as comfortable. They were very stiff. Pretty tight space room. Breakfast did not have alot of variety. Very limited options and overly strict on their timing. We checked out 25 mins late and they charged us a plenty fee for checking out late.

The hotel is in a great area, right next to the station. The staff was very professional and kind. They held onto my bags before check-in time while I explored the area. The room was clean, safe, and small, great for a solo female traveler. The hotel is on the older side, and they have laundry rooms. There is a 7eleven next to it, which makes it easy for luggage delivery service.

3 Twin Beds. Incredibly cramped space. Really small bathroom. Only recommendation is that the location is really nice. No early check-ins.

The noise between the rooms is little loud. I wooke up at midnight because the next door was doing some noise, probably at the badroom. The location is convenient.
