Great hotel, great area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the hotel itself was fresh and modern. Loved the pajamas and amenities available to us, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Exterior of hotel and lobby have a lovely design. Room was well designed for the size. The first room we were offered was on a low floor: we asked for a higher floor and the front desk clerk immediately found one. Found the location to be very central to all the highlights of Osaka. Would stay again. Spa was a real treat in an urban hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and clean and bigger for a japanese hotel. But it is too far from the main city area and not many food spots around- Area is more for business then tourists. Also lights needs to be able to brighten i understand the dimness is for relaxation but it should have the option to brighten
