Our facility is certified under the Osaka City National Strategic Special Zone Foreign Resident Accommodation Management Programme (Special Zone Private Lodging). In accordance with applicable laws, the minimum stay is 2 nights and 3 days. We strive to provide proper management and continuously improve our services to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable stay for our guests.

This is a private, whole-house rental of approximately 40 square metres, convenient for both sightseeing in Osaka and long-term stays. It accommodates up to 2 guests, and the bedroom features a double bed where you can rest comfortably. Located in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy a peaceful and private atmosphere after a day of sightseeing or work.

About an 8-minute walk from “Tenka-chaya Station” on the Nankai Line and Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line.
From Kansai International Airport, you can reach us in about 33 to 42 minutes via the Nankai Line without any transfers.

Additionally, it’s about a 10-minute walk to “Kishisato Station” on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line and about an 8-minute walk to “Hanazono-cho Station,” so you can use multiple stations.

It offers excellent access to major areas in Osaka City, such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, Tennoji, and Umeda, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in Osaka.
It’s also convenient for trips to the Kyoto area.
