「We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff.
We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process.」

「It is a great-design modern hotel, excellent staff, wonderful onsen. Only concern may be the shuttle bus is exclusive to their clients booking directly from their web. The staff helped me to reserve taxi, so no problem at all. The dinner is surprisingly remarkable.」
