"We had a great view of Tokyo! The hotel is right next door to Shinagawa station so accessing all of Tokyo and Japan was so convenient with our JR Pass. The breakfast buffet was very busy but never ran out of food and the staff were amazing. We didn’t explore the hotel much but there is a lot to do without leaving the hotel, numerous restaurants, dolphin show, bakery, etc. etc. It’s was a great base for all our travels and we’d highly recommend staying here! "

Not only are the staff super friendly and go up and beyond , but the rooms are nice clean , breakfast was amazing , and area was so close to subways stations and other tourist areas. Also fyi , they offer so many free amenities that can dramatically decrease your packing such as : shampoo , face lotion , sunscreen but also lovely extras such as hair wax , razors and face masks ! This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "
