"Hot tub and pool were unavailable, room was clean, staff was good, and the breakfast was not quite as good as it once was (I think a few products changed due to availability or price). It was a quick stay to avoid an early morning travel rush, I couldn’t have used all the amenities due to personal restraints and time. A few minor problems like an outlet that didn’t work. Disappointed with the rate considering the pool and hot tub were unavailable during the stay, even though I am aware I wouldn’t have been able to use them. It is part of the value and should be considered as a loss in value of the stay. Overall, the stay was what I needed, and it was a success in providing that service."
