「Vermieter schrieb uns einen Tag vor der Anreise, dass die Wohnung nicht verfügbar ist aufgrund von "Umbaumaßnahmen". Die Wohnung war aber weiterhin auf mehreren Portalen verfügbar.Da hatte wohl der Vermieter keine Lust auf Gäste.Auch hielt es der Vermieter nicht für nötig, die Buchung im System zu stornieren, damit wir unser Geld erstattet bekommen. Erst die Beschwerde bei FeWo direkt brachte Bewegung in die Sache. Der Vermieter stornierte die Buchung letztendlich mit der Begründung "Guest...

「Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir angeschrieben, sodass am Anreisetag alles ganz unkompliziert ablief. Auch bei der Abreise war alles ganz easy... und dazwischen ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in einer wie gesagt tollen Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Badezimmer.」

「Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist nicht weit von der Atlstadt entfernt. Daniel war sehr nett und hat jede Frage freundlich beantwortet. Mein Mann und ich, sowie unser kleiner Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. 」
