Still stinks because we were looking forward to that. Room didn’t have a remote for the tv but the front desk was happy to get me a new one"

Unable to get the room we prepaid for and had to stay elsewhere but things happen and the young lady behind the desk was friendly and professional while taking a beating for something beyond her control. She was handling it well as we left and a line was forming. I called back a little later and she indicated the outage was nationwide. Hampton is still top notch. Now getting Hotels.com to step up with a refund."
