- This house is the result of a renovation that has been going on for 20 years!!! Its beauty, in addition to the grandeur of its rooms, lies in its location, which makes it unique: in the middle of the countryside but not far from the historic centre of Osimo and the beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera.<br>Country villa, a typical Marche-style farmhouse with a garden, private entrance, fenced property, exclusive parking, 4 private bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Spacious living room, BBQ area, and outdoor space. Entire house.
