「View was unforgettable . The suite was clean and convenient .It had a common balcony overlooking the cherries orchards and lake .」

「The room was clean, linens nice, the very small fridge was not functioning, the gent who booked us in after having to phone was very pleasant, the view over the hedges to the water was lovely…unfortunately, the “what I call snake grass , was growing in the hedges and not removed..I did pull some to improve our view. This property has potential but needs detail attention. For example why not provide guests with 4 dairy creamers in the fridge (but it needs to be working) for morning use…nothing...

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」

「The hotel was right on the lake and had a lovely beach. A great place for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s many winery’s to visit close by. You can make your own meals or there’s a good selection of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely recommend The Poplars Hotel.」

「This property far exceeded our expectations. We expected a room, and got a suite with kitchen, and huge shared walk out patio. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We weren’t sure if there was breakfast available, so were pleasantly surprised that we had a $40 breakfast credit included in our room price! Great value, would like to have been able to stay longer than one night.」
