Short stay

Spacious, clean, well equipped and well situated. Beds comfortable with extra pillows. Lovely apartment, would recommend a short stay

Wat teleurstellend

Het is een ruim vakantieverblijf dat kortbij de zee gelegen is. Handdoeken en lakens zijn ruim voorradig.Bij aankomst bleken de airco’s in de slaapkamers niet te werken. Dit werd onmiddellijk gemeld en er werd een technieker gestuurd. 1 airco is niet aangesloten en kon dus gewoon niet werken. De 2e airco was stuk en kon niet meer hersteld worden. Er zou een nieuwe airco worden besteld maar die kon niet meer binnen ons verlof geleverd en geplaatst worden. Gezien de zomerse temperaturen was het dus zeer warm in de kamers. Bovendien ligt het vakantieverblijf tussen 2 drukken wegen waar veel auto’s en brommers passeren. Het lawaai van het verkeer de warmte in de kamers was niet bevorderlijk voor de nachtrust. Op het terras staat de buitenunit van de airco in de woonkamer. Het condenswater wordt opgevangen in een plastic bakje dat zeer vlug vol is en bijgevolg overloopt. Dit water loopt over het terras en komt terecht op het terras van de onderburen. Die hebben ons daar logischerwijs over aangesproken en gevraagd daar iets aan te doen.Ook dit werd gemeld.

senza aria condizionata, il mare si vede attraverso le antenne tv

L'aria condizionata funziona solo in soggiorno, nelle due stanze da letto è vecchissima e fuori uso anche se l'agenzia lo dice solo al momento dell'arrivo in struttura. L'appartamento è rumorosissimo, soprattutto perchè se non si apre la finestra si muore di caldo. Mobili ed arredi della nonna, ma soprattutto la foto del mare pubblicata esclude la vista dei tetti pieni di vecchie antenne... insomma, una casa gestita furbamente per prendere in giro
