"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. "Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...
