LOOKING AT THE BALTIC SEA + 2 BEACH BASKETS ON THE ROOF TERRACE The bright, about 50 m² large apartment No. 29 OSTSEEPANORAMA is located in the attic of the apartment house "Käptn Brass", which can be reached by elevator. It offers space to relax for up to 4 people. From the roof terrace, which can be accessible from the bedroom and the living room, you have a spectacular view over the Baltic Sea. To end the evening relaxing, standing on the roof terrace comfortable outdoor chairs and a table and 2 beach chairs for you. From the spacious entrance hall you enter the living area, with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. The quality kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course plenty of dishes and cutlery. In the living area you can access the cozy couch (extendable) couch surface 180x220) relax. With HD flat screen TV you can sometimes defy the bad weather. The bathroom has a large shower, a wash basin and heated towel rail. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200), a closet with plenty of storage and another flat screen TV. Free parking (H7 W29) belongs to the apartment. Electricity and water costs are included in the rent. The community Ostseebad Dierhagen charges a tourist tax. The penthouse no. 29 OSTSEEPANORAMA is located in the attic of the renovated apartment house "Käptn Brass" in 2014 at Wiesenweg 7 in Dierhagen Strand. An elevator will take you to the apartment. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment complex "Käpt n Brass" is located directly behind the dike. The very well-maintained beach, with fine white sand is about 200 meters from the house and is one of the most beautiful, natural and cleanest in Europe and offers every season recreation. Exklusive Lage und sehr hochwertige Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen der beiden Strandkörbe vom Balkon an den Strand stellen - die Sonnenuntergänge in Dierhagen sind traumhaft.
