At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Wir haben13 herrliche Tage an der Ostsee erlebt. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum und Strand entfernt und ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Nur die Vögel hört man zwitschern. Zum Brötchen holen oder für den Strand sind 2 einfache Cityräder vorhanden, dafür völlig ausreichend. Leider fehlt WLAN und das Wäschepaket war mit 2 Handtücher je Person für 13 Tage zu knapp bemessen. Je Woche 2 Handtücher wären gut gewesen.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und mit toller Lage (sehr ruhig gelegen und doch Zentrumsnah). Haben uns super wohl gefühlt. 2 Negativpunkte: 1. Kein WLAN 2. Parkplatz fürs Auto direkt unter einem Baum, der das Auto innerhalb einer Nacht komplett mit einem sehr klebrigen Belag überzogen hat.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Landhaus im Grünen, nicht weit vom Zentrum in Prerow. Die Halbinsel bietet sehr viel Natur zum entspannen.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit! Der in der Ausstattung genannte DVD-Player, über den wir uns während der Regentage sehr gefreut hätten, war leider nicht aufzufinden. Selbstverständlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der gut gepflegten Wohnung dennoch sehr genießen können.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat im Haus nix gefehlt - sogar ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Als besonderes Highlight kam nachts sogar eine kleine Wildschweinhorde auf leisen Sohlen vorbei. Natur pur. WLAN ist beim nächsten Mal vielleicht auch möglich… (?) Die Wohnung und die ruhige und zentrale Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert! Es gibt gute Geschäfte und Gaststätten und zig Fahrradtourziele.
