★ 3 BATHROOMS: 1 full bath with shower (no tub), 2 half bathrooms—ample, private options for groups.

★ MULTIPLE WORKSPACES + FAST WIFI: Remote work and study-friendly—ideal for business travelers or student families.

★ GREAT FOR GATHERING: Spacious living, dining, and game areas. Ample seating to gather as a group or find your own space. Board games and puzzles provide hours of entertainment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

★ Window A/C units (from June to early Sept) and reliable heat throughout the house.
★ Ceilings: Some ceilings are low and we ask you to please be careful not to hit your noggin on the way up or down!
★ No dishwasher
★ Kiddos: The home is not childproofed, so please supervise little ones accordingly.
★ Pup PSA: $75 pet fee per pet. Yes, the yard is fenced—but some dogs are basically furry Houdinis. For everyone's peace of mind (and your pup's safety), please don't leave them unattended in the yard as we do not guarantee the strength of the fencing. You can also walk your pup to one of three nearby parks.
