"我們四人抵達箱根時正下大雨，還好飯店離車站不遠，穿過紅橋就看到電梯標誌可直達飯店。可惜飯店寄放行李處只剩上層，我們四個大心意無處可寄放只能等到只能等著可以入住的時間"

"價錢有些高，房間很大，入住手續是自助形式，職員會在旁協助，大堂有日用品可取，房内設備很新，清潔度很好，洗手間是乾濕分離，酒店位置近熱海JR車站，巴士總站也在那裡，到熱海景點都很方便，附近沒有吃的店，只有一間便利店，吃飯行遠一些，酒店有停車場，2千日圓一晚，去附近的停車場比較便宜，早餐是coffee shop套餐，三文治和coffee，整體來說這是一間體驗不錯，很適合一家人的店。"

"We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff were attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. It's an excellent half-board choice for anyone looking to unwind in Hakone. Highly recommended!"
