Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"

"The place was clean and has a washer/dryer. Beautiful bathroom with a hot spring water flowing in the tub. Huge apartment for the family. They are quit remote from any restaurants, we arrived late to the hotel and had to go out to find dinner, most of the restaurants there were closing by 8p. So we walked around tired and hungry and not finding any place to eat dinner, But found Lawson and grab some instant noodles to bring back to the apartment to eat, Had I known about the scarcity of dinning options, I would have just packed food to make there. There was a nice kitchen with all the amenities to make a meal. I would go back and bring food next time."

When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude changed, and our dining room experience became unpleasant. It's a real shame because, although the hotel is extraordinary, I would hesitate to book again."
