"This was the best stay in a hotel in Japan. Everything in Japan is great but this was at the top. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are outstanding (relaxation room, chair massage room, laundry, vending machines, free coffee (very delicious in relaxation room). And on top of it, breakfast is outstanding with both western and Japanese alternatives. I tried them both, and both are great. "

"The Hotel are 15 min away from the mall and train line going to Tokyo. There’s a free ride going to the Disney Resort (Disney Sea and Disneyland). Amenities: Family Mart & Seven Eleven - there near the hotel. There’s a Family Mart inside the hotel. There’s not enogh laundry machines and drier, but it’s still ok! Over all- nice and a very nice place to stay!"

"Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo. "

"Breakfast buffet was amazing and a must do. Hotel is very pretty with great amenities. No need to bring toiletries, everything is provided for you including the cutest pj's! The ambience is calm and perfect for vacation mode. We would definitely come back here again. "
