「Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't able to be used at the time and the room phone didn't work. But the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Our itinerary said our check in was at 3pm, the hotel had changed that to 4pm a few months before. They got us checked in at about 3:10pm, as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, with very nice amenities. Coffee, with bottled water! Even makeup wipes, which was great, as I forgot...

「Un grand merci à Debbie et Bob qui sont des hôtes agréables, professionnels et très attentionnés . Le bed and breakfast est charmant et très bien entretenu. Le voisinage est sûr et paisible. Idéal pour visiter White Sands National Park dont l'entrée se trouve à 20min. Très bon petit déjeuner, J'y retournerai avec plaisir.」

「The cabin was exactly as described on-line and everything went according to promise. All communication was was by text and on-line and worked very well. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessed. It’s within walking distance, if you are able, of most things the village of Cloudcroft has to offer. We will be returning here again as soon as we can.」
