「The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. 「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」
