"Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable."

"I was moved from Palladium to Lafayette rating the latter. Staff was very good but cookware and some utensils were old. There were flying ants which appeared sporadically. I was concerned about air conditioner where it was only enclosed with light styrofoam which is often blown away leaving much air escaping "
