“Staff were lovely, all super comfortable and clean - very short walk to spectacular rocky outcrop jutting into the sea from which to watch the sunrise. Borrowing the bikes and cycling into Otranto was fun.”

Avevamo una camera vista piscina con una loggia esterna con tavolo, due poltroncine e stendi biancheria, molto utile per i costumi. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione, la colazione e la cena erano……

“An amazing place to stay, staff were very helpful and plentiful. Food was exquisite and served by the best in class. We fell in love with our room, main hall, pool and the secret garden. “Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Der Infinity Pool bei Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die puckelige Zufahrtsstraße. Aber das liegt ja nicht im Verantwortungsbereich der Masseria Fabrizio.”

“En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! “Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avions une petite maison de plein pied avec terrasse en face de la piscine magnifique ! Toujours du personnel au bar de la piscine. Tout est neuf. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, incroyable ! Le dîner que nous avons testé 2 fois était vraiment gastronomique avec produits locaux. Le personnel était très attentionné. J’aimerais vraiment y retourner ! Très bonne adresse ”

“The main character is the cala, beautiful! But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour……
