"Bei Ankunft um 17.00 Uhr waren nicht alle Betten vorbereitet. Die Heizung war defekt, somit gab es kein warmes Wasser. Die Wohnung war eiskalt. Das im Inserat erwähnte zweite wc war nicht vorhanden. Da die Probleme mit der Heizung und warmwasser nicht behoben werden konnten sind wir nach einer Stunde wieder ausgecheckt.
