“I wanted a traditional Japanese experience for my birthday and this was all around fantastic! My only fault was arriving late in winter and it took awhile for the heating to warm up the place (I'm from a tropical climate so it's much colder here for me).”

“It was a great property for a large group that expressed the unique culture of Kyoto. Nice local cuisine options in the area and is a decent area as a hub after a day's activities. The one caveat is that depending on your schedule it may be easier to cab rather than take the local buses nearby. ”

“地點方便，處於京都駅與大型京都Aeon 中間，方便購物 但衛生環境真的比較差，首先，門口石級與屋邊中間的空隙怖滿蜘蛛網，廚房廚具擺放凌亂，廚具用品怖滿微塵，雪櫃頂鋪了一層微塵，爐具和廚櫃需要移開小枱才能使用，極不方便 梳化後面勁多髮絲，放在梳化旁的Dyson 吸塵機清潔不乾淨，塵盒吊住長髮絲，不敢使用 將來暫不考慮再租住這町屋”

“The home is gorgeous, spotless, and the location is fantastic. . Great walk to Kiyomizu Dera, Ryozen Kannon, Yasaka Shrine, Kenninji and more. There are some fantastic nearby restaurants and bars. The distance to train stations are great. The beds could be a bit softer, but I did not try the japanese futons. It would be nice to have better instructions for the shower and bath controls.”

“到着時に近くの駐車場まで丁寧にご案内いただいたり、チェックアウト後に忘れ物等のチェックをした上でのご挨拶の電話をいただいたりと、オーナーご夫妻様の心配りを十分に感じさせていただきました。風呂もベッドルームも快適で、朝食やスナック等のサービスも十分でした。またお願いしたい宿の一つにさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。”
