The one whole section of the room had no power. The front desk came to look at it becasue maintenance couldnt fix it. I have a disability where i needed to be on the first floor as I walk with a cane and they have no elevators in this hotel. They said they could see if we could move to a different room but at that point we were settled and didnt want to move because I couldnt do stairs. They also couldnt reinbusement off the bill either because I had paid with Expedia. The most they could do was take off 25$ i paid extra for the room because i paid that at the hotel. We are also choice privilege members so I certainly wasnt inpressed. He said he could do something for us if we hadnt booked with expedia. Lesson learned dont book with expedia in case there is an issue at all with the room.

I thought the price for the room was misleading , I picked a pet friendly room check marked I would b bringing my dog paid and the invoice said final quote everything paid . But when I got to hotel they added over 50$ for 2 nights . Not too happy about that As well if u have back issues u will wake up crippled as they r like sleeping on concrete

Staff were really kind and accommodating. They were able to give us a little bit of an early check in which was appreciated! The rooms was clean, beds were super comfy, and room was extra dark with the curtains closed. We didn't get to explore any of the amenities but we did grab some of the free breakfast before we left and it was delicious with lots of options! Very happy with this hotel.

The room was clean, but the multiple small pillows were not very comfortable. Would have preferred Regular size pillows. It was very noisy with Children playing Mini Hockey in the hallway. The same ones were running and screaming up and down the halls in the morning. And People in the hall talking and yelling into their Cell Phones. But it was clean, Friendly Staff. I understand it’s not the Hotels Fault for other Peoples bad manners. It was only for 1 night so all is well.

De manière générale, j’ai été bien accueilli. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est montré courtois et respectueux, bien qu’un incident soit survenu lors du déjeuner. Je précise toutefois que cet événement ne concerne en rien les réceptionnistes. Je souhaite vous présenter la situation suivante dans un objectif d’amélioration continue, si cela peut vous être utile. Ma fille s’est blessé le doigt dans la salle à manger et a commencé à saigner. Cependant, aucun pansement n’était disponible pour arrêter le saignement. J’ai été surpris de constater que la trousse de premiers soins n’était pas à jour. Selon le règlement 1101 de la WSIB, une trousse doit être facilement accessible, adéquatement entretenue et inspectée régulièrement. Elle doit notamment faire l’objet d’au moins quatre inspections par année. Dans un établissement hôtelier accueillant quotidiennement un grand nombre de clients, le respect rigoureux de ces exigences est essentiel. La chambre était propre et conforme aux attentes, bien que les lits ne soient pas de taille suffisante pour accueillir confortablement deux personnes. Le lavabo était partiellement obstrué, ce qui ralentissait considérablement l’écoulement de l’eau. Le déjeuner était satisfaisant. Le stationnement offrait également un espace suffisant.
