Entire brand new upper level basement suite including large windows, an ensuite, an office and continental kitchenette (no stove), in a family house. You’ll be sharing the Main Entrance of the house to go to the suite. You’ll have your full privacy with lock on your suite’s door. Clean, welcoming place in a beautiful new neighborhood. Free street parkings or on sight. The property is close to many shops, restaurants gas stations, playgrounds, parks, pond, dog park, hospitals and pharmacies.
