I did not like the staff, it took 2 days to have a form emailed, and the staff did not seem to even know what form it was for a third party credit card confirmation. and they refused to email me a receipt, from when i arrived there was problems with the staff and when i left there were issues. The hotel is a nice space, clean, comfortable and accessible, I was travelling on business and my stay was wonderful aside from the Hotel staff. They either need more training or I was being treated differently then others! my colleagues were all treated fantastic, no issues at all!
