Extra-large suites with full-size fridge/freezer, M/W, D/W, etc... Plenty of closet space with real hangers, bath/shower combo. Great for long-stay business people / couples, as well as for short-stay families. Misses? Could have used a tea kettle, couple of more kitchen knife choices, a King Queen - so no one has to settle for two queens 'cause the kings are sold out (first world problems...)

Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Modern decor and tastefully updated. We had a wheelchair accessible suite. It was impressive to walk in to such a spacious room with 20 foot ceilings! Curtains kept the room dark. Check in was seemless and quick. The TV was turned on in room when we entered with the message "Welcome Jacqueline". Nice touch! The outside was deceiving. The building itself looks plain and oridinary, like an older apartment building, hospital or retirement residence. I drove around the building twice to find the entrance. I was not expecting much based on the exterior. Dont judge the book by its cover!

No cart for luggage and said could not help us with bags, they were too busy. Booked us 2 rooms and tried to say it was our fault even though we booked over phone with them, no toiletries in washroom and gave only decaf coffee in room. Very disappointed

Our first stay at this hotel. Great overall! Positives: daily breakfast, clean, easy access to room, 24/7 fitness room, option to check-in and out and use the digital key with the Hilton app, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, hockey stadium), not a far drive to the Centre of Ottawa, full kitchen came in very handy! Negatives: bed sizes were smaller than advertised (double not queen), housekeeping never showed up once (we were there for 3 nights and they advertised a visit every other day), pool is smaller than the picture and was often crowded so we didn’t get to make use of it. The negatives were minor and didn’t ruin our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel is incredible! Here for my daughter’s birthday party (we did a slumber party!) and we had the most attentive staff. They showed up with treats for the girls and cake and even sang happy birthday.

The pool was great! The room was excellent, clean spacious and fresh. The service was good and quick but the front desk staff was hard to locate at times. The breakfast was awesome and had many options. The dinning area is spacious and bright. Our family had a blast! Thank you!

The hotel and Staff were fantastic. The facilities were beautiful and through no fault of the hotel. There was construction in the morning only.
