The second bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a restful space for guests, and a full bathroom completes the lower level, providing added privacy and comfort.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
