De ligging en de ruimte

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war insgesamt schön, Wetter und Umgebung hat für uns gepasst. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und hat uns gut gefallen. Leider sind fünf der Schlafzimmer im Kellergeschoss. Dadurch ist es recht feucht und kalt. Die Heizung schafft es nichtig, den gesamten Bereich zu wärmen. Die Böden blieben ziemlich kalt. Mehrmals haben wir dazu auch die Agentur kontaktiert, die sich wirklich immer sofort gekümmert hat. Großes Lob hierfür. Leider war der Pool auch nicht den gesamten Aufenthalt beheizt. Durch eine fast ganztägige Wartung recht am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes konnte der Pool im Dunklen nicht mehr beleuchtet werden und wurde nicht mehr auf Temperatur gehalten. Das war sehr schade. Die Bad- Und Toilettensituation ist auch recht schwierig. Im ganzen Haus gibt es ein vollwertiges Bad. Im Kellergeschoss gibt es ein Bad mit zwei Duschen und ein WC mit zwei Toiletten. Das hat leider den Charme einer Jugendherberge und nicht eines Hauses, dass in der Hauptsaison an die 7500 Euro kostet. Leider gibt es keinerlei Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Co. Das macht alles etwas schwieriger, wenn man mit vielen Personen das Haus bewohnt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist absolut in Ordnung. Von allem ist genügend da. Auch der Wohnzimmerbereich ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Die Küche an sich ist sehr klein mit kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten und für ein Haus, in dem 18 Personen wohnen können, definitiv zu klein.

Als je hier in de zomer zit, moet het echt geweldig zijn, met al die buitenruimte. Nu ook prima vermaakt, strand vlakbij en ook in de regen kun je prima zwemmen! Genoeg servies, pannen e.d. in huis! Tip voor wie slecht ter been is, de trappen zijn stijl. De douche beneden liep niet makkelijk door en de temperatuur was wat lastig te regelen. Op sommige plekken wel wat stoffig.

Haus entsprach exakt den Beschreibungen. Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung vor und während des Urlaubs war perfekt. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Service vor Ort war sehr gut (neue Gasflasche innerhalb eines halben Tages, Hausmeister Rob ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert). Highlight ist der großzügige Aussenbereich mit Pool und Sitzecken. Insbesondere der überdachte Essbereich mit langem Tisch, Kühlschrank und Heizstrahlern erlaubt den Aufenthalt auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter. Die Treppen im Haus sind steil und eng, in die unteren Schlafzimmer kommt man aber auch durch einen Nebeneingang (Spielzimmer). Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Für Einkäufe muss man nach Ouddorp, mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten. Für unsere Familienfeier mit 13 Erwachsenen (20-87Jahre) war das Haus bestens geeignet. Bei kleinen Kindern sollte man wegen der Treppen besonders aufpassen. Ansonsten gibt es für Kinder einen tollen Spielbereich außen.
