Beautiful location

Very clean and comfortable home. Beds are very comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen is well stocked. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the scenery.

Beautiful views

The condo was very nice and clean. The views of the mountains were amazing. The location was good. Just a short drive to the shops and many activities.

Perfect Easter location

We have college kids and thought we would go closer to them. Ouray was the perfect location. The house was clean and the perfect layout.

Great place!!

The location of this place is amazing! We walked the riverwalk several times. Our kids played in the riverbed and we could walk to downtown. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this place for couples or families visiting Ouray!

Great property!!

Great property, had everything we needed. Having the kitchen stocked with all the pots and pans and spices that we needed to cook our own meals was really nice. The property is located in a great spot off the river and made for a really nice walk each day.

Beautiful location. Clean condo with everything you need. The owners live next door with their sweet dog! Ouray is one of my favorite places in Colorado- we will be back!

Wonderful stay!

The condo is clean, spacious, and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The photos online accurately represent the condo. There are walking trails along the river across the street. The kitchen is well stocked and there were welcome kits in the bathrooms upon arrival. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Appreciate how clean this place was on check in! Location is great, was perfect for us and the dogs. Thanks for having the extra dog bowl there! Full kitchen was great, and clothes washer was useful. Great view from window.

Great Christmas Getaway

Ouray is beautiful during the Christmas holiday. This particular unit is in a great location and the park across the street is wonderful when covered in snow. Our kids also enjoyed the bunk beds. Traffic on the front street is low as well so it was really quiet. We hope to visit again next year for another snow-filled Christmas vacation.

Wonderful location and amazing town

We loved our trip to Ouray during the winter. Snow was plentiful and the location of the property was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. One issue we had was the noise from the upstairs residents. Multiple dogs barking throughout most of our stay and the residents moving about upstairs from very early to very late can be clearly heard from the 1st floor.

The town was perfect

The house was nice. Had some WiFi issues and had a couple of people working remote so that was inconvenient. The house only had 2 small round bar soaps for the whole house (for 5 day stay) so I went and bought Kleenex, hand soap pumps for each bathroom and the kitchen. Had a carbon monoxide tester go off and the owner was very helpful in getting that replaced in quick fashion.

Stay in Ouray

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was very nice. Initially we received the wrong entrance code, but luckily it was sent in two places so one of the codes was the correct one. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Everything was in good working condition. I would suggest that the shower curtains be replaced, to a more waterproof fabric. Since the curtains are on curved rods, once the fabric is saturated, the water will drip onto the tile floor. This was just a small inconvenience though. I would definitely recommend this location and would consider it again for another trip.
