Annual girls trip

The property was just as listed! Clean, comfy, tons of space. Excellent location 2 blocks from main street. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Stay!

We had such a good trip! The property was well maintained and perfect for a couple's weekend. We grilled one night and ate on the patio. Played games at the table. Visited in the living room. Hiked, walked around town, ate out--everything was super close. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for our post hike showers. We would definitely stay again!

Ouray Fall Tour

The property is in great location, very spacious and clean. Everything was great. Only suggestion, update toilets. The toilets are child height. Little tuff to get up and down with a group of 4 people over 65.

The VRC upgraded our stay and took care of everything, calling an electrician out to the original condo. We would highly recommend using them for your stay as they were very professional and great hosts.

We loved this place!

Close enough to town to walk anywhere we wanted to go, yet far enough away to be peaceful while we relaxed on the back deck listening to the river. The rental had everything we needed and more for our week stay. Check in and check out were a breeze and we appreciated that the rental company sent texts/emails twice to check on us during our stay. Our only complaint, and this is very subjective, is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a bit firm for our taste and left us with a sore back each morning. However, this is not a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was within walking distance of just about everything in downtown Ouray. The unit is a 2 story unit and the 3 bedrooms are all upstairs, just FYI.We arrived, punched the code into the door lock and went from there. We had no issues of any kind that required contacting the management company.We would not hesitate to stay in this vrbo unit in the future.

A week in Ouray

There was a very minor issue with the handle in the master shower. Emails were answered within minutes (even very early in the morning) and the problem was immediately addressed. Very happy and would definitely return.

Great location, Lots of space

This property is in a great location and walkable to Main Street. The space was great for two families. The listing quoted that we would have access to the two car garage but there was a trailer and motorcycle in one side so we were not able to use that space. We also had an issue with the water in the kitchen and called the maintenance line and no one ever showed up to fix it. It was bothersome to not have any cold water in the kitchen. I would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was located minutes from Box Canyon Falls and the start of several 4x4 and hiking trail options and a 5 minute walk to main street. The back deck offered a beautiful view of the river and the three bedrooms were very comfortable. The main floor could be accessed from the front at street level which was very convenient. A few extra chairs would have been nice as we had family staying at other locations in town and had meals together. The living room furniture was a little awkward as there was only seats for 5 and no rug or coffee table. But overall it was a great property. We have been coming to Ouray for over 20 years and this was the nicest and most convenient property we have stayed at. Thank you very much!

Clean, quiet and convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was an excellent choice for our family. It was spacious and was convenient to town and trails. Our only complaint was that there were exactly 4 large glasses and 4 juice glasses. It worked for us (mostly) but if you had more than four people it would be an inconvenience. I still give the condo 5 stars though. Overall it was a wonderful condo. The water from the river behind the building and a canal/drainage ditch next to the building provided a nice water sound throughout the unit. Note that the drainage canal next to the building has very fast rushing water during rainstorms which empties into the river. There is no fence by the canal so if you have small children, keep an eye on them!

Great location and beautiful views -- thank you for sharing with us!

We have been to Ouray many times over the past 20 years and this was the nicest place we have stayed. We used to come when our children were young, and this time we were able to bring our grand daughter and parents. The location is perfect as it is a 5 minute walk to main street and a very short drive to Box Canyon Falls and 4x4 and hiking trail access. The townhouse itself is a spacious 3 bedroom unit with a very nice kitchen and dining area. The river is right out the back and with the windows open you can hear the rushing water -- perfect for sleeping at night. There is a very nice deck for sitting out and enjoying the views of the mountains and river. The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans which make the temperature pleasant with the warmer summer temps. The grounds are very nice as well and the ground level parking in the front makes access to the main floor of the townhouse very convenient. The only drawback was the living room furniture situation was somewhat awkward and not the most comfortable. That was minor though. Ouray remains our favorite vacation spot in Colorado and we had a wonderful stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Stay in Ouray

We stayed in the Riverfront Townhome and it was a warm, clean and welcoming home in a perfect setting within walking distance to town. We will definitely stay in this VRBO again. Thank you to the owners!!
