Check-in was smooth.
The restaurant was closed the first two days of our visit which was part of why we booked there.
The breakfast in "bed and breakfast" was a very scaled down continental breakfast - one type of danish, coffee, tea, fruit, dry cereal. Duration was 1 hour. One morning, the staff was not there on time and a line of guests outside the door had formed. The coffee hadn't been emptied from the night before and no food was out. When staff arrived, they started the coffee which overflowed because they hadn't emptied the pot first. I think the owners should consider a better breakfast option or change their claim that it's a bed and breakfast hotel.
Also, if you book, don't ask for Room 10, it is front and center of the lobby, right inside the front door to the hotel - so lots of noise until late at night when other guests return to their room, and early as folks check out.
What was amazing was the en suite sauna/steam bath and shower, and comfortable bed/bedding. Front desk staff were also courteous and helpful.
