“Rooms were dirty and couldn’t get hot water or turn the air down - was freezing. Staff was rude and uncaring - front desk agent yelled at us. Overpriced and under quality accommodations.”

“Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.”
