"Cute little hotel with very nice staff. However, the noise level was insane and i barely slept the three nights i had booked for a work trip; door slams from the neighbors, the upstairs neighbors walking, and some loud mystery sound that repeated every ten seconds, and the ice machine... also, I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast; was pretty much just waffles/bread items and coffee with coffee mate pods. Unfortunately had to purchase breakfast and coffee elsewhere. "

"It’s centrally located in San Clemente and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s an older property but rooms are renovated and clean. I was visiting family that lives nearby so i didn’t need a lot of amenities but it’s close to the freeway so you will hear some noise. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Very clean and had a beautiful kitchen. The property is just a short distance to downtown and within walking distance of the beach. The host, Rita, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Location to beach is delightful. Condo is as described ,however, as seniors- the steep stairs to the unit with luggage was a challenge. Having a designated parking space was also appreciated . "
