Definitely recommend if you have dogs (large fenced in area with covered patio area). Large laundry room. Towels were very thick and fluffy! Big kitchen with more than enough tools and dishes for anything you need. I would definitely stay here again if needed. Great price for the amount of people we had."

"This comfortable cabin is well located to take advantage of hiking, boating, and swimming opportunities in the area. It has a small but well stocked kitchen to prepare meals, and we did a lot of cooking on-site. There are few places to eat in the area, so this set-up worked well. A general store is next door that provides food, fishing supplies, laundry facilities, and showers for campers you might be doing activities with. The hostess is very responsive and replied within minutes. The a/c worked fine, the wi-fi and cell service in the general area are spotty, but we were able to catch up with our communications when we were in or near the cabin. Consider bringing up your favorite DVDs if you are staying for a few days. It is a pet friendly cabin which is one of the reasons we stayed here. This lodging provides good value for the dollar."

"We loved the rustic rural location, the arrangement of the furniture and other amenities, and the helpfulness of our host, Andy. I was able to connect to T-Mobile outside the cabin on my phone, but only for text communication. Guests should understand that this cabin does NOT have wifi or a TV, but we neither needed nor expected it."
