Escape to tranquility!!This tiny modern house sits on a slow moving stream. The perfect blend of nature and luxury. Nestled on 20 lush care surrounded by trees. This house is designed for comfort. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer & dryer & fire pit. Private access to swimming pool (staying guests only) basketball court & regulation pickle ball court. 5 miles from the Bourgmont Winery & minutes to the Overland Park Arboretum. Kid tent party option, tents only provided, additional cost per guest.

Serene Retreat

Quiet Get-Away

What a lovely property. The house was just the right amount of space for me and was equipped with everything I needed. The property owner was very responsive and went out of his way to make my stay special. The location was ideal as well. Quick access to the highway made shopping a breeze, but mostly I just stayed nestled back in the cozy, quiet getaway watching the horses and enjoying the hot tub. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful Getaway

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures! This was the perfect location for our girls getaway weekend. The view from every angle was a stunning nature backdrop with deer, birds, and the owners super friendly horses. It’s a serene retreat from the city but so conveniently located to still be able to go anywhere we wanted easily. The owner thought of all the little touches that made it feel like a very comfortable home for our stay. We can’t wait to make this an annual trip now!
