Our ceiling had a REALLY bad pour out into the bathroom from the room above us. They did t comp us or fix anything. Just gave us towels for the floor (needed a bucket AND the towels for real) and said “it’ll stop”.

The room was dirty, the halls smelled of urine and were filthy, there were several people playing loud music that I could hear in my room. I felt unsafe as there were 2 men arguing in the parking lot the first night I checked in and the police were called and there was a car alarm blaring every night. There was also 2 huge cockroaches and I was terrified! No telling how many more cockroaches were hiding in the walls. I was there 4 days and never saw housekeeping. I never even saw them in the halls. The staff was very rude and lied to me about the check out process. I had 2 different people lie to me about a refund for unused dates. The desk manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and offered no help to me whatsoever. The general manager also did not offer any assistance or apologies for her staff lying to me and she hung up the phone in my face! They do not care about paying customers and will keep your money and refuse to issue any refunds. The general manager refused to give me information to speak to anyone above her and stated they do not have a corporate office. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! It’s cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for! Don’t believe the pictures. You will regret it instantly when you walk in there. Pay the extra money and get something safe and clean.

On the day, I was scheduled to check out, one of the staff banged on my door at 9:15 AM to ask me if I would be checking out that day. Could they not check their computers? On the reservation I made through Expedia, the checkout time was noon. The staff member that knocked on my door told me it was 11:00 AM because they were “ Independently owned”. I spoke with Expedia, who tried to contact the hotel, but no one responded. There was hair all over the bathroom floor in the room I was given. Would not recommend this hotel.

I want to start off by saying it wasn't terrible. The hotel was really quite. The rooms were clean. But I have never heard a hotel that did not have a blanket or a comforter for your bed. They did make the bed with sheets and pillows. Another thing if you run out of toilet paper at night, they will not give you more. until the next morning during regular business hours. They stated there was paper towel that we could use until morning. I was cleaning my room one morning and set my trash outside the door to take to the dumpster... I immediately got a knock on the door with a piece of paper stating their rules of the hotel, as the lady was explaining the rules she was sitting our trash back in my room. Again, not terrible, but will we ever stay there again probably not.

It seems there may be a pest issue. We killed about 3-4 roaches in our kitchen area between the two days we stayed there. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

When I arrived My room was very dirty. The dishes were dirty the carpet wasn't vacuumed there was a lot of crumbs on the side of the bed and a small blunt on the floor, behind the chair was someone else socks. I got a call at 8am telling me I had to check out an hr early because they was booked and needed the room. The staff was hard to find. U literally had to yell to get someone to come to the desk. Poor custom

The shower head was not working at all but the faucet was constantly dripping lots of water. I was there for 2 nights and complained to Expedia and hotel staff but it fell upon deaf and uncaring ears, all rooms occuppied was there answer. Room was also located nest to registration office so there was constant noise. Expedia offered $25 refund from the original coast of $225...how generous right? Never do business with Expedia again, go Booking. Health dept. should inspect the place

Horrible stay and customer service
The room was disgusting. Urine on the sheets and waited 20+ minutes for new sheets at the front desk in which they had my employee, their guest, put on his own sheets. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there was ashes all over the floors and counters. When we asked to get refunded for 3 nights my employee would not stay there they refused to do so. They even told my employee that he isn’t allowed to check out early. He stayed one night and couldn’t even sleep in the room because it was smelly and all the guests were so loud.

This was a nasty place to stay. In the heart of Overland Park, Kansas a beautiful city. The air did not work properly, no comforter on the bed or blankets in the room. Door key stoped working three times. Never recommend this place to anyone but the homeless.

This is an extended stay hotel, no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no ice machines on the floor. The room we stayed in was in need of some repair and a goog cleaning and exhibited water damage on the ceiling. Mattress did not have cover, bed had sheets but no blanket. You get what you pay for at this hotel.
