「This location is in a safe, clean area. The property is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here for multiple, long-term business stays where I have enjoyed the ability to utilize a full kitchen to cook meals, providing more of that “at home” feel. Very nice location and property with many amenities. Would recommend for long-term travelers.」

「Travelers beware.
Do not let these marketing pictures fool you. This complex must be some type of long term housing. Craters in the parking lot, front porch stoops covered in trash, automotive mechanical work going on out front and people smoking cigarettes out front with their dogs watching your every move, extremely unsettling.
I had no idea the room was on the interior of the building, because emails were supposedly being sent to me I couldn't retrieve and after driving around in circles,...

「Good location and easy check in process. This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. Noted several ants in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were all upstairs, but entertaining areas...

「The location of the property was excellent. The hosts allowed us to check-in a little ahead of schedule which was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The home backs to a creek and we saw all sorts of wildlife during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking our dog regularly. While the home is aged, it was very clean and well decorated.」
