「this is my first time the hotel didnt change the tower and shampoo when i stay in the hotel 3-4 days . when i ask the room service then i got the reply ... you are the first customer to ask this request ?! unbelievable , you only get everything when first time check in . if you stay 2 days up . nothing you can get ! crazy ! 」

「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. 「Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.」
