“When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). Only way you could sit on sofa was to use a throw pillow as……

“Air conditioning is not working to the level expected with this type of luxury hotels. Not for this pricing. It was too warm. We also could not believe they offered fans at such luxury hotel. I have never seen fans being used in luxury hotels nowadays. Staff offered to change room for us, but the other rooms' temperatures were similar. No window can be opened. This makes the room even warmer. We understand that the building is a heritage protected building, but we think that was poor……
