“Absolutely awesome place. Exactly as advertised. It would have been a 10/10 on location and house condition alone, but the owners think of everything to make the stay incredible. It’s clear that they really want your stay in Bloomington to be memorable.Besides the incredible kindness/thoughtfulness…the attention to detail is also extraordinary — even all the way down to phone shedding cables (both USB C and older versions) on each bedside nightstand.The games were great as was the backyard.I……

“We loved our stay at this beautiful house! It is wonderfully equipped and maintained and located close to the university and to downtown. It was a perfect place for family to stay together for a wedding weekend!”

“Property was very nice; some renovations going on but we were able to spread out and each have a private area to get some space. The pool was clean and nice and so was the hot tub! Upstairs was a bit hot, but the fans provided do help. Beds are comfortable. Lots of nice amenities included like a fully stocked kitchen. Game room was a fun addition, I wish we’d used it more! A unique property in a quiet and safe area.”

“We stayed a couple nights this fall and really enjoyed it. The kids loved the loft and the dogs loved the dog park. We ventured out during the day and were able to enjoy a nice fire and get in the hot tub in the evening. It was perfect for our mini vacay. ”

“We had a great stay, unfortunately when we arrived it was just after a massive storm and the power was out. We spent most of the day hanging out in the backyard and around the fire pit at night. Our dogs had a blast with so much area to explore. The next day the power came on and we enjoyed the surrounding area boating and exploring Nashville. Overall our Host was very helpful despite the power issue and he really took good care of us. I would definitely give this location my highest……
