It was not mentioned that it was under construction and that the pool was also closed for renovations. There was no warm breakfast and the whole place was in renovation mode, would not stay here again

this place was in renovation, therefore wires everywhere on the floor, dust from drywall, etc. Workers were polite, but it was not pleasant for us, therefore we did not stay. Went on to another place.

My only complaint is thay the hotel was under renovations during out stay so the smell and dust of drywall was every where. The room was dust free and very clean... great job staff on that part. The pool and breakfast bar was closwd due to renovations

Hotel was under renovations and probably will be for another year atleast. The rooms are all nicely renovated and modern. The rest of the hotel is 50/50 with renovated parts and constructions. There is no buffet breakfast due to the renovations, you geta brown bag wit a juice box, apple, muffin and a yogurt. I think that cost $40 extra on the reservation. The rooms are excellent, cant use the gym or pool. I fi knew they were under renovations i wouldn't have stayed there. Staff was excellent!

The room was great, clean and updated. Unfortunately the property was under renovations which affected the breakfast area and the spa/pool area. We didn’t know this until we checked in. Staff were apologetic and did their best under the circumstances. Bagged breakfasts were provided - nice touch.

Apart from construction going on the room was great. Newly renovated and quiet except for one morning when a grinder or sander was used too early in the morning. Anyway staff are great and room excellent.

There was no breakfast menu we just got a bag with and apple, yogurt, muffin and drink box. The staff were pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Parking was ample. The whole complex wis in repair, no noticable sign, no pool no amenities at all. If we knew what it was like we would not have booked here.

The hotel was under construction with no notice to us before booking. We were not able to use the z, hot tub, no blow dryer, and bagged breakfast. My son was there for hockey try outs and were intentionally booking somewhere for the hot tub and a good breakfast.

The hotel premises were under construction and that was not mentioned anywhere while booking. Hotel had non working lifts with no help from hotel to carry the luggage. The hotel is lacking basic customer facing etiquettes. No complimentary water bottles were provided. I would not be booking this particular hotel if I get chance in future. Its TERRIBLE.

the room was good, but there was renovation work going on which was not ideal. the pool and breakfast area were both off limits, two things I was looking forward too. I think the price was adjusted accordingly. I was given a bagged breakfast which was not impressive.

Property is completely under renovation. Parking lot a mess, no amenities, no signs up for construction, entered into the construction site, no mention of a temporary door, elevators down, one set of stairs on other side of building from our room, no mention of any of this when booking the hotel. Paint smell everywhere, brutal. Though, room was in good shape all things considered, was renovated and looked new, but all else was garbage. Wouldn’t have booked there if website made any mention of this when booking.
