「We were in town for a swim meet hosted by University of Evansville. Perfect distance from the pool and lots of walkable places to eat and go out. Very pet friendly and perfect space for us.」

「Everything within the apartment was clean and the layout is nice. The only complaint is that the check out time on the app was labeled at 11 am. However, the cleaning person came in at 10:30 and gave us 10 minutes to pack up and leave. So make sure to double check with the manager on the time which you have the rental to.」

The locals are very friendly as well! The property owner is extremely kind and polite and responds quickly to any questions! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area!」

「We unfortunately had to book this stay for a family funeral. This place is amazing and I will absolutely book again. It was large & spacious. The bakery across the street is amazing! We loved all the food options within walking distance. I read some reviews about street noise. I'm a light sleeper so I put a white noise app on my phone and had no problems. Plenty of clean towels and sheets!」

This adorable house is in the perfect location and gives us the extra space needed for “spillover”…so much better than staying at a hotel.
